About Us:

After the victory of the revolution and with the decision of the Supreme Policy Council of the agricultural sector, a research center for Bushehr province was proposed and approved. This center officially started operating in 1983 in its current location (Borazjan) with three research departments and during the first decade, another department and station were added to the total of research units.

In September 2014, with the aim of consolidating the activities of the centers and the optimal use of their capacities, the "Bushehr Agricultural and Natural Resource Research Center " and the "Agricultural Jihad Training Center of the province" were merged with each other and the " Bushehr Agricultural and Natural Resources Research and Education Center " Was formed.

At present, this center has 9 research departments, 5 educational groups, 13 laboratories, 5 workshops and 7 research stations and since its establishment, it has held more than 250 short-term specialized training courses.
